Jeb J. Altonaga is the managing partner of Clearglass Capital Partners, a capital markets placement agent firm where he focuses on cultivating relationships with limited partners who invest in alternative asset management and direct deals. He is a strong advocate for emerging managers, aiming to drive alpha returns before growth limits their return potential. Previously, as the Chief Operating Officer of multiple hedge funds, including the Alibaba family office in Hong Kong (Blue Pool Capital), Jeb was transferred from Chicago to lead Citadel Investment Group’s Asia-Pacific outsourced solutions business.
Jeb excels at navigating complex relationships to achieve desired improvements in revenue, cost efficiency, and maximizing operational alpha. He is a driven leader with a talent for successfully orchestrating complex global relationships in demanding environments, resulting in synergy and reduced channel conflicts.
At Citadel Investment Group and Countrywide Capital Markets, Jeb gained expertise in designing and implementing portfolio passport tools, portfolio construction monitors, and desktop analytical systems.
